Welcome to our new website and to scouting here in the North Okanagan Area. We provide Scouts Canada program to youth (boys and girls) aged 5 to 26 years through five scouting section programs:
Beavers 5, 6, 7 Cubs 8, 9, 10 Scouts 11, 12, 13, 14 Ventures 15, 16, 17, 18 Rovers 18 – 26 As outgoing Area Commissioner, it gives me great pleasure to extend a warm welcome to Keith McLean, our incoming Area Commissioner for this coming 2010-2011 scouting year. Check out our calendar of events! We are looking forward to another exciting outdoor adventure filled year where every opportunity is provided to our youth to develop leadership skills, offer service to others, and be active in environmental stewardship. Scouts Canada youth programs are designed to be age appropriate providing the challenge of doing your personal best with duty to your own self, duty to others, and duty to God.
